Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Hi,I am in the process of setting up the canon pixma mp620 all in one printer and after installing 4 Cartridges, it is now saying that that there is a print error and I need to turn it off then turn it back on again but the problem still persists. The error message is c000! Please helpThanksAdam
OK woop, after reading extensive forums i tried the canon site lol hehe, and found the error in the faq eventually and it said to check for foreign objects near the ink unit holder that might be blocking it, so i looked and it turns out, you know how all that tape and foam is all over the bloody thing when ya buy it? yeah there was one small small tiiny bit of foam broken off and sitting right in the bottom right hand side and so consequently when it moved to the right it hit this and indicated a problem. MUST LOOK it was so small and easy to no see. take a deep look inside the left and right hand side. i hope this helped thankyou

Same here, error c0000... was just a paper jam...as 'showahead' said... slide the printer head across and pull the paper out..

had a similar problem but printer had been already working for a few days.
turned out to be a paper jam. I opened the machine, slid the print head over, removed the paper and it worked.

I had the same problem so i checked online as well...
The reason the error code came up was because the ink cartridges weren't fully inserted... I know... your probably thinking you did it right, you even heard the click and the lights went red... so did I... in the manual the cartridges seem to be level with the back of the ink head (that you installed in the previous step) actually the back of cartridges have to be recessed just underneath the ink-head.
If you did this right in the first place then sorry, i don't know what to say, if not then you would have had a hard time trying to take the cartridges out and repeating the whole process (even disconnecting the printer, choosing the language, installing the ink-head, and finally popping in the damn ink!)
after that.. just wait the 4 mins or so until it asks you for paper
hope it helped!

I tried to print on a large index card on my MP620 from the lower tray. It didn't work and now says there is a paper jam. I have searched every nook but can't find any paper jammed. I have turned the printer on and off but it still thinks there is something in there. Any ideas?
