Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console

1 Answer

I have an RCA MP3 music/video player I bought for my son for Christmas. He used it one day now it will not turn on. When I press the power button it will com on and say inititalizing and then it shuts off. What do I do now? Walmart will not take it back and eveyone I have talked to gives me the run around. I am in the position now to tell everyone not to buy MP3 players from walmart or from RCA because they don't make good on them. What do I do???????

I need fast help to get some music on the mp# player for my son for christmas. Can you help

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You can download mp3 music files from the Internet to your computer and then copy them to your MP3 player using the USB cable. For your CD collection, you need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto your computer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3 player after you have connected the USB cable to the MP3 player and the computer.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player will create a MP3 music file for each music track. Click on this link for instruction on converting music files to mp3 file format :- http://www.fixya.com/support/r5798418-creating_transferring_mp3_music_files

Bought the RCA m4304-a for son for Christmas when we try to install software we get errors on each item it tries to download

Try using Windows Media Player to upload your music. I'm not a fan of the software that came with it. I received mine as a Christmas gift a few days ago and I found it is so much easier to upload music through Windows Media Player than to use their software. Plus, it is a lot easier to upload audio books as well. Make sure you have the most up to date version of Windows Media Player for your operating system. I run Windows XP, so mine was Windows Media Player 10.

I haven't tried to upload video or pictures yet though. Hope this helps!

Try music management software that still downloads from libraries like
RealPlayer, Winamp. If you can load your device to it, can manage it through that.
