Fuji does not supply booklet type owners manual with S2000HD

Fuji supplies a CD as an owners manual with their product. If I try to use this Camera away from home and need help using it I have no referance to assist me. I called Fuji and was told that it is MY problem and MY responsibility to get a paper version on how to use (for Me)this complicated device. Do you have any suggestions on how to find a printed instruction manual?

SOURCE: I am looking for a lens cap that will fit a Fuji Finepix S2000HD digital camera

I've just bought this camera off ebay and after purchasing noticed that it was going to come without a lens cap. After a bit of searching i found this link - it's not an official fugi one but it says it's for this camera.

I can't find one in the UK though

SOURCE: Activate 100 Micro Thumbnail view on Fuji Finepix S2000HD?

There is a button or dial with a picture of a magnifying glass on one side and a sort of checkerboard pattern on the other...turn toward the checkerboard while in the playback mode.

When I format the card it keeps coming up with no image why? this is a fuji finepic 3.2 camera model A330

When you format a card- or a hard drive on a computer- it effectively erases any data that was held on the card. You should only format a card AFTER copying all of the data on that card to a safe source, such as a CD or other type of storage that's not the card you're going to format.

I am looking for a lens cap that will fit a Fuji Finepix S2000HD digital camera

let me just say that fuji sells the products but doesn't stock replacement parts.. i contacted fuji and they set me an email to call the 800 number. called and they refered me to another 800 number and then they in turn refered me back to the original 800 number. so if anyone is looking for a lens cap don't waste you're time.. they don't carry them..

Needs recharging

AA (4) batteries (NiMH recommended). Walmart sells a recharger for AA batteries. Buy the NiMH type as they last WAY longer than your typical alkalines. If you don't use the camrea for a while top off the charge. If you keep spares charged and they sit for about a month - top them off too.

New To This

To manually set the shutter speed and aperture, first set the top command dial to "M". Press the +/- button. Now you'll see yellow arrows beside the speed & aperture. Press the up/down on the navigation dial to change shutter speed & the left/right to change aperture. Scale at bottom will show whether and how much you are over or underexposing.
