Hi,

this could be a vista compatability issue.
if you have driver or installation cds with the players, try installing any software.
also try a different usb port on the computer, as the port may have already assigned itself, for other devices.
try looking in the device manager, to see if the computer detects the device. but has problems or issues. usually a yellow triangle or exclamation mark.
Finally connect the device, and use ( Add new Hardware Wizard )

thankyou for using Fixya.

    Hi,

you could try looking at them, on a different pc that recognises them. it could be the way they,re formatted. fat 16 or fat 32 or even ntsc. when you,ve discovered the difference. convert the ones that don,t work to the same format.

My computer will not recognize my Swagger 2GB MP3 Player. I need the drivers

This device does not require drivers. It will work out of the box on Windows ME/2000/XP/Vista/7. If yours does not work, there is a problem wither with the MP3 player or with your USB port.

You may need to go to your manufacturer's website for toshiba, and flash your bios with the latest flash for this.

Kingston valueram 512mb

How do you mean nothing is showing up?
The fact you can get into BIOS usually means that something is right.

This board can go upto 2GB RAM

look at the kingston configurator page for info and compare it against the memory you bought (exact part numbers are a must). With Windows VIsta Ultimate you should be using 1gb Sticks not 512.
