Question about Lexmark X83 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I just finished uninstalling the printer from my PC and reinstalling using the original cd.This didn't didn't seem to make any difference. The color cartridge does not apprear in the cartridge tab of the control panel and no color is printed while the black cartridge does appears and prints great! Could there be something else I have to do on the cartridge slot of the printer because of the ink I had to clean off!
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off.
I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with
the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the
printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
