All KODAK Slide Projectors were equipped with 2 safety thermal fuses - one in the lamp area and one on the secondary windings of the power motor. Your problem is being caused by one (or both) fuses being blown (open). The Lamp Thermal fuse is replaceable, the Motor fuse is NOT (you must replace the complete motor).
In either case, be sure to diagnose and correct the cause of the fuse opening before you replace it. Good Luck !! Jim
