I have an Ironman Performance Treadmill that abruptly stopped in the middle of a run with the same error code SI 2 and it will not reset also. Can not turn back on.

my treadmill does the same thing in the middle of the run but all i have to do is turn it off and turn it back on but it gets annoying when you have to do that all the time just to run a mile or two.

You need to replace the motor control board located in on the base. If your both motors work along with your display added that you've done the reclibration then you must replace this board. I did and the unit works so far. 200 dollars is what you wil be spending.

My belt will start but will stop right away with an error tone from the control panel. It also blew a fuse in that part of my house. Any ideas?

1) LUBE the deck belt, this happen because the lack of maintenance LUBE, and lube the rollers bearings too.See the video attached
2)Test the input voltage motor, if there ARE the motor need repair see my personal TIPS for motor help
3) Test the output voltage board, for input voltage motor, if there are NOT the board is faulty.
However you put some desklamp in the circuit if the breaker in tripped the problem is the outlet wall. Test the outlet+wires and ground for incorrect wires polarities see the diagram attached and fix it.
If the c.breaker are NOT tripped the problem is the treadmill. do the LUBE first.

My Exerpeutic TF1000 treadmill shows a E2 error, motor will not start.

see this steps and fix it.God bless you
This is probably a 1( faulty speed sensor, adjust it , clean it and tigh the plug very well see the diagram attached. 2( test the input voltage motor, if there are the motor need repair 3( test the output voltage board, for input voltage motor, if there are NOT the board is faulty see the block diagram . The error codes will differ between makes and models but could be e1. or e2
Run the software calibration for easy diagnostic, troubleshooting, and fix it.
God bless you

SI 2 - Over voltage protection trip

you lower the voltage by adjusting the TAPS of transformer inside of machine. example if the voltage input is 115vac, normally, AND now are 140 VAC, lower to 80vac in the tap , etc.
However you must test why is the reason the voltage input in your home is increased?. Call to the company electricity or some electrician for to adjust and fix it.
God bless you

Ironman treadmill shows code SI 1. what is it? how to fix?

The SI 1 error code means there is no safety key in place. Unplug your treadmill, wait a few minutes, then plug it back in.

When you try to use it again, make sure the safety key is firmly in place, and make sure the metal piece below the Emergency Stop sticker is still in place.

If neither of these work, it may be appropriate to take your treadmill to a servicer.

Hope this helps!

Si 2 error

This is probably a faulty speed sensor or the speed sensor is not plugged in properly. Its also possibly a faulty motor control board or lower board. The error codes will differ between makes and models but could be e1.

SINCERELY. God bless you.

The treadmill shuts down and the screan says speed error 12

1) Error - "SI2 At Power Up"
Symptom:
Indicates the OVP (Over Voltage Protection) circuit on the controller is active and belt will not move.

2)
An SI-2 is basically a code that causes the treadmill to shut down. This is generally caused by a fluctuation in the treadmill

Ironman Triad motor cover will not come off

To remove the motor cover (#19 from parts list), you have to remove the follow items first:
- Left and right fenders (#20 and #21 from parts list)
- Left and right sideboard covers (#49 and #50 from parts list)

There are 4 screws holding the cover - 2 at the front and 1 on each side. Be careful when you lift the cover, the circuit breaker cable is attached to the cover.

Finally, you may want to reconsider doing that. There is nothing under the cover that requires maintenance. The big *** motor is driving the front tread roller through a belt. The roller has sealed bearings that do not require oil.

Why does my Ironman Triad treadmill motor slow when people try to run on it, the belt completely stops

When running or walking on my Ironman Triad Treadmill it jerks like it is going to stop every once in a while not all the time. Do you have any idea what makes it do this. I have had this Treadmill for 5 years and never had a problem before.
