Vista lost DVD/CD Drive But fine with XP

I have two OS, XP and VISTA installed on my laptop ACER 4730 for so long with no any problem. Recently I've lost my CD Drive on VISTA but works fine on XP. Device manager displayed CD/DVD with yellow '!' mark and the definition is "CD Driver error" (i.e, cdrom.sys) I've reinstalled Vista and works fine at the first star up But disappear again when i Restart!

I've even checked the registry and they are fine. Any suggestion Please Help
