I couldn't find anything on why it is saying "1" that is pretty odd. But however I did happen to notice that you do have a few magnets on the microwave. People say that they are harmless to them but you never know that could be the problem. Unfortunetly if the magnets are what caused the damage it would be irreversible, meaning the damage is already done. It seems like you might have to buy a new microwave.

SOURCE: the microwave doesn't work at all. no display, light, anything

Plug a lamp in the wall receptical in place of the microwave oven, if okay! it means the main fuse in the oven has blown. There are a number of reasons why this happens, a bad fuse, door switch that has malfunctioned, "common" cracked high voltage diode, shorted capacitor, and an open magnetron. I suggest a professional.

SOURCE: Ge JES0738 LED display is fine but turntable doesn't work, microwave doesn't start. Is it a fuse issue?

No! from the description it is one of the door switches that has become defective. The solution, all the door switches need to be tested to find the bad one.

Buttons on microwave

testing every step and fix it. God bless you see the diagram attached

Microwave Buttons Don't Work
Touchpad and Control Panel

If the microwave buttons don't work the touchpad and control panel assembly are probably defective.
Touchpad

If the microwave buttons don't work the touchpad might be at fault. Generally speaking, if the dishwasher display is working and some of the buttons respond correctly but some don't, the problem is with the touchpad.
User Control and Display Board

If the microwave buttons don't work the user control and display board are most likely defective and will need to be replaced. If some of the buttons work and some don't, it is more likely a touch pad problem and the touch pad will need to be replaced.
Main Control Board

If the microwave buttons don't work the main control board is most likely defective and will need to be replaced. If some of the buttons work the touch pad is likely the problem. If none of the buttons work the problem may be in the main control board.1_24_2013_5_23_47_pm.gif1_24_2013_5_24_54_pm.jpg

I have accidentally locked my microwave oven (profile performance convection oven). I was cleaning the front. Can you tell me what to do?

Got you covered. Here you go:

Microwave - Explanation of the Child Lock Out Feature
Many microwave control panels can be locked to prevent accidental use or access by children.
There are two different ways to lock the control panel:
1. Press and hold the CLEAR/OFF pad for 3 seconds. The display will show "LOCK" and then revert to the time of day.
A small "L" will appear in the corner of the display as a reminder that the control panel is locked. If anyone tries to use the microwave, the display will show "LOCK".
2. On some models, press and hold the 5 and 7 pads simultaneously for 3 seconds.
To unlock the control: Repeat the procedure which was used to lock the control. (Press and hold the CLEAR/OFF pad for about 3 seconds or hold the 5 and 7 pad simultaneously for 3 seconds.)
