a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

go to the router settings page on one of the computers connected to the network.
open the web browser.
go to http://192.168.1.1
username and password is: admin
then on the tabs you should see secruity and your password will be in there.
just remember when you connect you need to maybe press a button on the router to put it in pairing mode.
hope this helps

if your computer can do the internet, the only thing i can suggest as i have limited knowledge is that you get a Nintendo LAN adapter which you plug into your computer when its online and it sends the WiFi signal to the DSi

SOURCE: wireless network
remove the wireless profiles on the PC and see if that helps - [b]Wireless Profiles
Delete the profiles you will then have to enter the wireless security key for any networks you connect to

If you're using your HTC Wildfire for the first time, you can easily select the Wi-Fi network you'd like to join using the setup manager.
When you opt in for either Mobile Network or Wi-Fi, or just Wi-Fi, the Wildfire will by default try to connect to a Wi-Fi network near you.
Select the network you wish to connect to, enter the password if required and you're set up.
If you want to change the settings, or set it up for the first time, you can do this through the Settings menu.
Note: If you're attempting to access a network-based page or app, you may be required to set up a new Wi-Fi connection. When prompted, select the option to set up a new connection.
If Wi-Fi is turned off, you can now turn this on by ticking the box in the Wireless & networks menu.
