You need to print the configuration page. Scroll through the menus on the printer until you find administration, then select reports and then configuration page. The engine cycles will appear in the upper left hand side of the first page that prints.

Even though you have a pretty new copier, the ability to print the meter reading is not available. I know it's crazy since other copiers have been able to do it for years. Only the most recent models of Canon copiers have this ability. To print the meter readings for your copier would require that you go into SERVICE MODE and print a report that has several pages of **** and if you know what you are looking for you can find it.You could use the REMOTE USER INTERFACE (RUI) and view the meter and do a "screen print". I know it's not a happy answer but its correct. I wish you well. :-) By the way, the main meter reading (designated 101) is the count of sheets of paper that have successfully exited the copier regardless of size. My company uses meter "102" which counts 11x17 as 2 clicks on the meter. You probably cannot see this meter unless a service tech programmed it in.

SA (burners off) is a door lock switch A problem. The switch has to be checked for 0 resistance across the terminals. If it has resistance then there is another resitance check to look ofr 2350 Ohms between pin 5 in plug P4 and terminal N. If the meter reads zero or infinity the lock motor or the wiring to the lock motor is defective. If the meter reads 2350 Ohms replace the electronic oven control.

Remove power from the range and go to the back of

the control and disconnect the P3 plug. Measure

the resistance between pins 3 and 4. If the meter

reads infinity check the oven door switch and the

wiring to the door switch. If the meter reads zero go

to step 2.

2. Measure the resistance between pins 1 and 3 of

plug P3. If the meter reads infinity switch A of the

lock motor assembly or the wiring to switch A is

defective. If the meter reads zero go to step 3.

3. Measure the resistance between pin 5 in plug P4

and terminal N. If the meter reads zero or infinity

the lock motor or the wiring to the lock motor is

defective. If the meter reads 2350 Ohms replace
the electronic oven control.

The meter is on the configuation page.
Menu > List/Print > configuation page
once printed out it is in the upper right of the page (usually)

You have to press the machine status button.
Scroll to" reports"then to "billing meter."
Then press enter and it will print out the total pages printed/copied.
There is no meter per se on the M20. You have to print out the reading on the report.

To print a Configuration page from the printer, press
and hold the Go button for 5 seconds

Print a configuration page. It will be on there. Menu, lists/prints, config page.
