SOURCE: no water fill

Check first the filters on the inlet water line (both sides). Then, if problem still exist - check that the inlet water valve works(it is an electromagnet valve, located at the pipe's entrance to the machine)). If it doesn't work, test that it get power. In case it get power and doesn't work - You can easily open the valve and clean it (from scale or other dirt). Be aware you should disconnect the power cable from machine before doing it !!!! Check as well for valve's coil resistance. In case you have no resistance measurement - you should replace it for a new one. Good luck

SOURCE: Kitchenaid Dishwasher Control Panel lights - some don't light up

The problem is the control panel. You may have to shut the power off for a few seconds to reset the control board, then check to see if it works. If not, the control board has a break in the wiring or the keypad is no good.

SOURCE: I am getting an IE error on my control panel. It

You do not list the manufacturer and model number, but it sounds like you own an LG dishwasher.

The IE error indicates that the water is not entering the dishwasher or it is entering too slowly / with little pressure. It is important to check the water inlet pipe (hot water connection under the sink) all the way to the dishwasher. Check for any kinks/blockages after you confirm that the valve at the sink is fully open.

Please report back here with what you find. If you still have problems, there are other things to check, including the solenoid valve just past the connection of the water inlet.

I have a Simpson Ezi Set 450 top loader washing machine which doing everything else although it will not agitate, why?

Fairly common issue. Motor control module is shot.
You can get them from your local parts shop, or ebay.
Sometimes they are direct swap by the big plug, sometimes there is slight rewiring required (wiring diagram comes in kit and they are just spade connectors on to the timer, no splicing or anything).

If you take the top panel off and it does not have a module exactly like in the pic on ebay, make sure you are happy to do the wiring bit before buying (easy if you can read a simple wiring diagram)

I have a kenmore model 110.28922790. It will not stop filling with water. What would be the likely cause?

the water pressure/level fill switch under the control panel is defective,it uses water level/pressure per you setting on the control panel for wash load size to fill it to the set level, then start the washing cycle after it fills

Washer fills with water and then stops

the water pressure switch that fills the machine to the desired level has electrical contacts and when the water gets so full per the selector switch it closes these contacts to start the wash cycle, these contacts are defective, replace this switch, its on the control panel

HOOVER HOD6615 DISHWASHER CONTINUAL BEEPING AFTER INITIAL RINSE & REFUSES TO PROCEED TO WASH CYCLE WHATS THE PROBLEM?

This could be a safety trigger due to bottom water leak. A anti flood device (polystireen float and micro switch) that switches washer in shut off mode and does not continue until the water leak (pipe or hose clamp) that causes the float to trigger the device. Check the bottom of the washer for traces of water and rectify any leak before the washer will continue.

Hi,

Did you fix this problem? We have the same with Zanussi ZWD 1472 W. It takes some water and stops after 2 minutes. We need to shut machine down and fill water manually. It works fine then.
