Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: i have an apollo hydro heat system, i need my heat on in order to take a hot shower

RFog, I'd say a 80 gallon hot water tank is much closer to your needs....An easy one.
The rest are difficult.
This I know - the water must be decent and neutral, otherwise, nothing but problems.

My Apollo hot tub stopped heating and the first set of jets are not working and both seemed to have gone out at the same time. The second set of jets and the air are fine. Does anyone have any ideas of...

You're pump #1 has failed. Your spa has 2 water pumps and an air pump. Number 1 pump pushes water through the heater. Pump 2 simply supplies the second set of jets with water. The air pump simply pushes air through the air jets.
If pump one fails you will have no heat and the first set of jets will not turn on. Pump 1 is the most prone to failure because it kicks on any time the spa needs to filter or heat. This happens automatically every day so pump 1 works much harder than pump 2. Your heater has a safety mechanism that makes sure that water is flowing through the heater when it kicks on. If there is a problem with pump 1 your heater will not kick on. There are stickers on your #1 pump. Get the model number off of the sticker and order a replacement pump from a web site like www.spapartsdepot.com. If you give them the model number of the pump they can send you a replacement. I'm 100% sure that's the problem. I'm not affiliated in any way with the web site I mentioned but I'm pretty sure they will have the pump you need. Good luck!

My Apollo Rainier hot tub's heater doesn't seem to work - I get a FH message on the display. Please help!!!

HL generally stands for high limit fault which means a sensor is opening the heater circuit due to too high a heat reading. Common causes for such a fault start with poor water flow due to dirty filters which in turn allow the element to overheat. If necessary, replace the filter elements to restore proper flow.If flow issues are not the problem, try looking at the heater itself however you should probably call out a professional at this point as most remaining issues to check are within the controls and the heater and if you are not familiar with working on these components you should avoid trying to repair this yourself.

The model number you gave is for a 50 gallon tank, not 83 gallon.

50 gallon ones are readily available, including the same model..
