Your induce fan motor is burnt out or the senor is out. If the little fan is working its just the senor. Your going to need a repairman to find the senor or motor for you. You can replace the senor but I wouldnt recommend replacing the motor. www.fastacservice.com

Yes, inspect the air intake, exhaust pipe, filter and condensate piping for blockage or moisture. Also check for a hole in the hose that goes from the small exhaust blower to the pressure switch or a bad connection on the switch or control board. You may be able to temporalily jump the switch for diagnostic purposes only.

It's mounted onto the gas valve. It will be a button or lever that you have to push in or down, depending on the style.

Goodman furnace new in 07 Red LED lite flashed the three code..It was frosted and iced over closing down air flow at intake and exhaust out side of house. Use a hot hair dryer if you can't dislodge.
Have had a lot of sub zero weather here.
The ignitor can be seen glowing in the top peep hole.
The Red trouble shooting LED lite is in bottom peep hole.

That control board is several hundred dollars. If I may make a suggestion, take a jumper and when the inducer fan starts, jump out the pressure switch. If it starts, it's not the board but a bad switch, hose or blocked exhaust vent.
