I need to replace a part on my CSS 5000 Achiever paper shredder. It is a small L-shaped plastic toggle in the back of the basket compartment that indicates to the "brain" when the basket is in place. Where can I get replacement parts?

The manufacturers website is: http://www.achiever.com.hk/ . I'm not sure if parts for this product are still available. I emailed them this morning. I believe they are located in Hong Kong or China. I will update if I hear from them.

Mine broke as well. I suggest you just get a very strong glue (eg, Gorilla glue), and glue it back together. Worked for me perfectly
