Question about Frigidaire Affinity FAFW3511KB 3.5 Cu. Ft. Electric Front Load Washer - Classic Black
Remove the back access panel. Remove the drain boot between the tub and pump. In that boot is the filter that will need to be cleaned. Also, while the boot is off, reach up into the tub and feel for any blockage. Keep me posted.

holla, Im not showing a E20 code on the tech sheet. There is a E21. Water not draining fast enough. Try holding the start/pause and cancel key together for 3 seconds. The door lock, wash, rinse and final spin leds should light. Any error codes should be displayed when holding those keys. If you see a different error code, post it. If not, I would suspect a clogged pump...Catriver.

There is an auxiliary switch in the door lock and switch assembly that
is activated at the end of the wash cycle for the machine to advance to the spin cycle.
This is a safety feature to prevent the door from opening during the spin cycle and the machine will not spin unless the switch is activated. The machine works except advancing to the spin cycle and this signifies
that the auxiliary switch cannot be activated and the door lock and
switch assembly is faulty. Replaced the door lock and switch assembly
(part #131763202) to address the issue.
Disconnect power to the machine. Open the washer door then look for the retaining hoop securing the door seal around the lip of the door opening. Stretch the retainer spring of the door seal retaining hoop then remove it.
Carefully peel off part of the door seal from the lip of the door opening near the door lock and switch assembly. Remove enough of the door seal to gain access to the door lock and switch assembly.
Remove the screws securing the door lock and switch assembly to the front panel. Once the screws are removed, lift the door lock and switch assembly then pull it away from the front panel.
Take the door lock and switch assembly out of the machine. Disconnect the electrical connections then connect it to the new door lock and switch assembly.
Put the new door lock and switch assembly back into position in the front panel and secure it with the securing screws.
Properly put the eased part of the door seal back over the lip of the door opening then secure it with the retaining hoop.

Tips for a great answer:
Hi ND=-no drain error.
Remove the back panel you will see the pump. Simply remove the pump and remove the obstruction that is keeping it from draining. Check for thongs, baby socks and sometimes hair pins or even screws can obstruct the water pump. There's going to be some water left in the pump and drain hose, so get a large towel ready. Remove screws attaching black piece (motor) to white piece (housing), pull out motor and clean the housing and motor impeller. Reverse steps to assemble it back together. If you don't hear pump running after completing the cleaning, you may need to check the wiring and/or replace main control board located inside the console. If the pump seems to be running but no water is being drained - replace pump.
Please get back to us if you have further query else please accept the suggestion.

Do you hear any noise, like motor running or anything like that or does it just sit silently? If it makes noise, it could be a motor coupler issue. If it sit silently, it may only be a lid switch. The lid switches do have a habit of breaking, which would allow it to fill, but not run. No to expensive, and a fairly easy job to do. Let me know further info or if you need any help or info.
