Are you using a third party toner cartridge or a refilled cartridge?

If you are, DON'T!

often a drum unit will go bad causing misalignment of just one color. print the demo page and that will help you diagnose what one of the 4 colors is off and replace only that one drum unit

Printing alignment soloution

I have seen this problem before a number of times - the usual culprit is the Black toner/drum cartridge I would first ask if you have recently changed this and if so would suggest you replace again with a new OEM unit from HP and NOT a 3rd Party ReManufactured unit. the problem lies with Very stiff toner units adding drag to the motor servos driving the toner unit,
if replacing the black toner has not cured the error then My next move would be to replace EACH consumable unit until the error is cleared
I have never Yet had to replace an internal component for this error, just a toner or Transfer belt has been the culprit. The fuser/Fixing unit is not likely to have an effect on this fault.

541: M toner sensor error - this is the message I'm getting. I've replace the toner that does not work. How do I fix the toner sensor?

As the toner cartridge sits in the drum unit, the toner sensor outputs signal to drum unit which in turn conveys it to the printer via electrical contacts.
Try cleaning the contacts that are located on both sides of the corresponding drum unit, and also the contacts protruding from the sides of the drum socket inside the printer. Also reseat the toner in the drum.
If this doesn't solve the problem, try swapping two drum units - if the error now moves to the other color, than there's something wrong with the toner cartridge or the drum, and you have to find out if it's a contact problem between the toner and the drum, or perhaps the toner cartridge is defective - happened to me once.
If the error doesn't move to the other color, it means that something's wrong with the printer contacts - either they are dirty or dead, because of static electricity or something, and the printer needs servicing.

I have Oki B4350 printer. The print on both edges

Depending on the age of the model, it could be a couple of things. ***Never touch the drum or expose it to bright light*** The drum unit is bad. It's the shiny brightly-colored large roller in the center of the machine. On most recent smaller machines like this on it's integrated into the toner cartridge. Check it out. If it has toner build up on the ends, it's bad. or The corona wires need cleaning. Some machines have a small slide that moves from one side of the printer to the other which cleans the hidden corona wires. It's usually brightly colored .

OKI C3400 printer keeps saying

Okay, I had the same problem with my C3300. I phoned the people i purchased from and this is what fixed it for me:

looking directly at the printer:
-open printer
-remove drum in question (the drum is what houses the toner cartridge) in my printer it is black.
-look on the right side of the drum & there is a little (approx 5mm x 5mm) hole that has a little panel that opens- push this up to open it.

-replace drum close the top and try printing.

I had to do this 2 times before it worked, but it worked.

OKI Toner

Have very good experience with Uninet Imaging toner for this model. So replace the drum units and try this one. It also have wax particles in its structure. But wax lubricates fuser, not drums...
