Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: xerox 6120 printer fuser jam

Thank you for your time. I appreciate your help. Your response is consistent with my experience of removing screws and trying to access the fuser without jeopardizing/damaging any components.
This afternoon, Tech support at Xerox avoided the fuser access issue entirely by offering to replace the printer within three days under my existing warranty. I have only to remove my cartridges and place them in the new unit. This is most certainly an equitable solution and one that acknowledges the good sense of your evaluation: It was just too ambitious a task for this rookie.

SOURCE: xerox phaser 6120 laser printer paper jam fuser

You can remove the imaging unit, then
Depending on the stock being used for the job, raise or lower the left and right colored Fuser separator levers. The levers will stay in the raised or lowered position on their own.
the levers are green. The fuser itself is not easy to remove.
Do you have any warranty left on the machine? Or a depot repair agreement?

SOURCE: paper jam

I had the same problem kept getting an error something like Jam at Exit Door Open Door A. When I looked at the top of the where paper normally comes from and flipped it open I found a super crinkled piece of paper, which once removed cleared the jam.

My Xerox docucolour gets a paper jam at the exit

Power off and unplug device. Deattach finisher. Ensure paper path is clear at the exit (use a flashlight and magnifier). Reattach finisher - ensuring all connections are secure. Do you have an error code?

Xerox 4112 fault code 047-320

Dear
The fault code indicates the communication error with the finisher.
Power OFF the machine. Unplug the power cord from the finishing device wait for 60secs. plug the power cord and power ON the machine.

Thanks.

I have xerox dc 250 machine, it shows fault code 077-909, paper jam at tranfer module but i checked there is no paper in it??

Hello friend, you are not alone !!!!
From http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/xerox/28764-dc-250-fuser-problem-077-909-a.html

At the bottom of the page it says.......

'what sometimes happens is that the sensor flag/arm call it what you will, twists out of its holder and jams, hence the machine thinks that there is still paper. the flag/arm should pivot freely'

I need need a picture on how to remove a paper jam in xerox 4118 machine right now please

Well open the printer where you can(the closest point to the jammed paper) attempt to remove the jam by attempting to pull the Jamed paper in the direction it would normally exit the machine.thats about as far as I can get you with the information I have--Good Luck.

Not printing full A3

Make sure the machine and the driver are set for A3 . Most likely the paper tray, or setting in the menu are not correct.
Or the driver paper size is not correct.
