If you are going to purchase the IC802 (IC is Integrated Circuit) Then you need to un-solder it and take it to radio shack or contact the motherboard manufacturer to get a new IC the re-solder it in. The only problem is something else may have shorted causing the IC to burn. So you may need a schematic to troubleshoot the other circuits. Good luck
