Question about HP Deskjet 6940 InkJet Printer
I don't want to mess up my 6940 HP so when I got a paper jam (which is still jammed), I hesitate to just pull it out. A cartridge is also "stuck" on the left side of the jam. How can I clear this? Without a manual I'm scared to mess around with it. Can you solve this AND send a manual? Thanks so much for whatever you can do !
Simply pull out the power cable then just simply open the back cover and pull gently on the paper.
do not just rip it out... Gently and it should be fine
hope it helps
