  • Check your lint screen. If there isn't much lint on it and you've been doing laundry, it's possible the lint may have been caught in the vent instead of the lint screen, which means you have a clog. Lint in the area around where your dryer is can also be a sign of a problem. For More information please visit Dryer Parts.

My beko dryer keeps tripping my electric box

We had similar problem with a different type dryer. Turned out to be a weak / older / bad breaker in the electrical panel. Every so often it would just trip the breaker for no reason.
The owner thought it was the dryer itself - and bought a new one - but problem remained.
In our case - solved by electrician putting in a new breaker in the panel for the dryer.
Could still be your dryer though, in your case.
Suggest:
- make sure dryer vent is not plugged by lint or other stuff.
[ When running, check that you've got good flow of hot air coming out the outside vent. If NO, could be a plugged up vent. We've had that too before. Disassemble, clear out vent tubes, check for plugged up screens, on the outside too, there is sometimes a screen in the outlet - it could get plugged. The screen is important - to keep out leaves & animals & stuff - but typically gets plugged up. Then dryer overheats and shuts itself off or trips the breaker. Also - you'll find that it takes longer to dry anything if the flow of air going out is restricted.]

LONG DRYING TIME

Most likely the vent is plugged - check the vent hose (usually start at the outside location & work back to dryer). If hose is not clogged, unplug dryer, remove vent hose from back of dryer and check there.

I have a Maytag Quiet Plus ll Model # MDE9806AYW. We found water in the dryer vent. Do you have any idea what could be causing this?

A plugged outlet vent. Start the dryer and go outside and check the vent. It should have a strong air flow. It the air flow is not strong check all the vent tubing and the outside vent.

check your filter[clean if dirty]-check & seeif your vent is plugged-check to see if the vent doors outside the house open when dryer is on -[also maybe proppeler might have become stuck or loose, it sounds like a plugged vent problem.

Over heats , and has lots of moisture vapor coming out of the bottom.it dries and everything ,but its like it's leaking water

The most likely cause is your home vent is clogged and the dryer has little or no air flow. The water is exiting the dryer with the air since there is little air flow which causes the "water leak". Clean your home vent all the way through and your dryer will probably also need a good cleaning. This should take care of the problem. Please rate this post.

Maytag MDE8600AYW takes way too long drying clthes

either your house vent is plugged, or the vent in the dryer by the blower is plugged. when the vent is plugged, even partially, the moisture is not leaving the dryer. It will take a long time to dry, and the top of the dryer will get hot when the vent is plugged. Clean the house vent and check down below the lint trap by the blower, then it will dry fine again.

Loud noise in dryer, and no air coming out the vent

Check these things:

Unplug or turn off the power to the dryer and turn off the gas (if equipped)

Pull out and examine the lint screen

Pull the dryer away from the wall (carefully), disconnect the vent pipe (the 4" tube) and look for plugging of the vent line (you said the vent dampers weren't open)

Lastly, it could be the vent blower - this is located inside the dryer annd accessible from the back with the back cover removed. The blower could simply be plugged or it could be defective.

Maytag neptune front load dryer

Your exhaust vent is probably plugged. Remove venting from the dryer and check for lint build-up, and also check the vent flap on the outside of your house for clogs. If venting appears to be clear, you might have a bad blower (although you should notice an abnormal noise with that).
