It is a MicroStar International PM8M3-V
Hover your mouse cursor over - Download - then click on Driver.

Choose the Operating System you are using;
Win 95 through Win Vista 64-bit

Vista 64. Click on blue Down Arrow ]
VIA is a chipset company.
The VIA P4M800CE is the Northbridge chip, of the motherboard chipset.
The VIA VT8237R is the Southbridge chip, of the motherboard chipset,
The Northbridge chip is covered by the aluminum finned Heatsink, below the Processor.
The Southbridge chip has no Heatsink, and is exposed.
CPU = Central Processing Unit. Another term used is Microprocessor, or simply Processor for short. Does NOT mean personal computer,
Chip and Chipset are slang terms for I.C.
