Antivirus and firewall prevent msfeedssync to connect.

You can use next 3 solutions (hope this help you):
NOTE: Before using ones of the next 3 solutions. You can test disabling your Anti-virus and check if the error occurs, if yes, then disable you firewall. But only for testing, AFTER test enable both AV and FW and select the solution from above that suits you better.

1. Disable the app:
Run CMD
and type: msfeedssync disable

2. Disable automatic update in IE
Internet Options - Content - Content Advisor -
"Sources” “Configuration” and disable “Search..."

3. Configure your Anti-virus and Firewall.
It depend of your software used, for the firewall you need to allow connections for msfeedssync.exe located in, C:\Windows\System32

run a system restore back to where to computer is working fine. go to start>accessories>system tools>system restore then choose a date where your computer is running just Okay. if that will not work then uninstall some programs that you no longer need or uninstall and reinstall the program that's causing the problem. you will notice this if your running a specific program.

Synchronization error

This happens because you have RSS Feeds, from Microsoft, and they are losing the connection, sometimes, this can be quite normal. If you do not want the to appear any more simply turn off your RSS feeds.
