Question about Brother HL4040CN Laser Printer
Brother HL-4040 Laser Printer -- In several attempts, I have tried to follow the instruction on the printer which tells me that the printer will automatically restart in 15 minutes (red light). When it does, what comes up is "print unable 6A". It also says to turn the printer off and back on. As I said before, there has been many attempts with no success. Please help!
Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
Hope this helps. Bud
