Question about Canon Office Equipment & Supplies
The copier just started brining this error up. It has something to do with the stapler and limited functions mode. I can turn on limited functions mode so the copier will work, but it won't let me use the staple feature. It says finisher is not woking... or something like that.

It's concerning the toner level in the dev unitor drum unit. Try entering service mode and selecting 'install' this will stir toner and try to feed toner through. Could be a dirty or faulty toner level sensor. Cuuld also be the drum life over - check drum life in the service mode. Check my other posts to see how to enter service mode
