If you have a webcam it will be configured in the Device Manager> open Imaging devices if you have one it Should be listed there. If it is enabled and working properly then you are good to go. A small cover will be located under your machine that needs a small phillips bit screwdriver to open. Once the cover is removed the chips can be pulled out by pressing outward the two clips retaining the chips - the chip will pop up. Reverse the process to put the chip back being carefull not to touch the shiney connections.
