Question about Dell J740 InkJet Printer
We have our J740 hooked up to two different computers at our office. We've never had problems with printing from either computer, but all of a sudden we've been having trouble printing from our newest computer. I've call the system we use on that computer, but they tell me it's not a problem with them it's with the printer.
I've checked all the plugs and everything is tight, I've also tried restarting the computer but no luck.
Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
