Question about Cannon Canon i960 Photo Printer
When we try to print something the printer just shoots out blank pages. My son found my grandson playing with the printer and he had it open. Grandson is only 18 months old. I don't know what he played with or what he touched. Can anyone help me?
I don't have specific answers, but here are some steps to check things out. When you say 'just shoots out blank pages', do you mean that the print heads don't pass over the page? If they do, check you ink cartridges to see that they are properly seated. If the printer sends out a series of blank or mostly blank pages, the drivers may have become corrupt. Download the latest drivers, uninstall the printer, and install with the new drivers. If you have the latest driver, uninstall and reinstall the printer. Run the head alignment and color tests. Check your printer cable. If you have a spare, try another cable.
