Question about Avaya 9608
When i call or recieve a call I cant hear the caller, but the caller can hear me. we tried everything and just dont know what the problem is.

The problem is likely either a conflict in compression or a speech path problem.
In Manager, is "Allow Direct Media Path" checked?
If so uncheck and reboot eh phone system, then reboot the remote phone.
