SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Where is the wireless switch on my IBM think pad laptop?

the r40 has no hardware switch. it has a software switch. you must first determine what type of wifi card if any is installed. most of the stock cards are intel or cisco and the ibm support site has the software used to control them. sometimes, thru the network connections, windows can take control if the drivers are installed.

Internet does not work

dialup is becoming a thing of the past, most webservers are optimized for broadband use.
It is possible that the sites you are trying to reach are simply timing out the connection because the dialup connection is just too slow. Alot of servers have a timeout period and the 56k connection might be taking longer so the webserver cancels the connection.

Think pad r40/2681(driver prob.i.e. usb/wireless/sound etc.)

Go to the IBM/Lenovo WEB site - support/download page and download the latest Windows XP or Vista device drivers for your model laptop,
You need to use a computer that has Internet access to download and transfer the files to your computer.

Maybe try going intoyour command prompt. in your run program, type cmd.exe, then your dos will come up. Type ip cofig/ release. Once that is done, type ipconfig/ renew. Close out your cmd window and try connecting once this is done.
