Question about D-Link RangeBooster G DPR-1260 (DPR1260) Print Server

Cannot print to CLP-300

The DPR-1260 detects CLP-300 (shows it on the attached devices page), however, when the printer is installed with the automated process or manually it gets an error to the effect of the process closed.
I'm using the current driver from Samsung and the current firmware was installed on the printer.
I've upated the firmware of the DPR-1260 to the current version (as of Jan 5, 2009).
When a test page is printed, The "Printers and Faxes" screen locks, as does explorer. Here is the error:
AppName: explorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.5512 ModName: sugg1.dll ModVer: 0.3.5.0 Offset: 0000f751
This is the same error on two XP systems (a laptop and desktop).
There have been reports of this printer working on this print server. However, I'm stumped as to how I can get this working.
If you need the full error file, I will be happy to send it.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Yes, the printer itself works, and the print server detects the printer, so I have to assume there are no hardware issues. The printer is currently connected to a Windows XP system and shared on the network (and is printing properly).

I've used the printer install wizard built into the print server, and it crashes at the end when printing a test page. The test page itself does not print. It seems to crash what any print job is set to the printer. I've only used the current printer driver software and the default print processor.

What I need to know is what settings should I be using when creating the printer port manually, if I should be using a specific print processor, or if I should try using an alternate print driver.

If you need any additional information, please contact me and I will be happy to provide it.

Thanks! (And, if I sounded snarly, I apologize. Silly text doesn't convey emotion very well. :D )

sugg1.dll error means there is some problem in windows registry file due to incorrect installation of driver.
so, First of all uninstall the old driver completely and restart your system after that install a new driver.
And let me know if it works.
    Thanks for using FixYa.

Reset my printing system, and delete all the Samsung printer drivers, then install the Samsung printer drivers from the Leopard DVD. As well as you may need an updated driver which can be found here

Means a problem with the installed software, the printer or the server hardware has nothing to do with this.

My DPR-1260 arrived yesterday and I set it up easily in minutes on both Windows 7 (32-bit Pro) and XP SP3 with 3 printers attached. So far I have only tried wired connection. Wi-fi may be more problematical.
Printers are Brother HL-2040, HL-2140 and Samsung CLP-300. Could not get it to recognize my Canon Lide 25 scanner

When trying to set up Samsung CLP 310 I cannot get the software loaded. Sony notebook VGN SR220J. Server works fine from 2 network connected PC's I've tried it from the disc and the loaction on the HD.

download latest drivers and install with printer unplugged...it will install software to c:\program files\samsung\ and then 2 more folders in you will get the drivers folder - add printer and just do have disk and browse to that folder.
