Sounds like your processor might be heating up too fast. I would take the computer apart, clean it removing all dust from the fans, check to see if the fan is actually spinning and check to make there the silicon glue has not dried up. It could also be that your power supply isnt supplying enough power but if you haven't added any devices that wouldn't be the issue.

You can`t use the mainboard number, to seach at the site.

The number is located at the back of your pc.

This mainboard is a oem mainboard, made by msi for hp/compaq.
There is nothing to be found at the msi homepage, because hp has the support for it.

Hello it`s right the mainboard is a msi, but the support belongs to HP/COMPAQ.
The mainboard was made by msi, for HP as a OEM product.
There is no driver to be found at the msi site, you have to visit HP here:

http://www8.hp.com/us/en/support-drivers.html

And enter the pc`s model number, or sku number from the back of the pc.
Entering the mainboard number does not help.

You probably have to select your windows system, if you need the drivers.

Enter the ms XXXX number from the mainboard.

The number is placed by the pci socket.

Select the mainboard model.

Select your windows system and download the vga driver.

Unzip the file before you install the driver.

You can`t find anything at the msi support site.

Do you get any picture (blue screen of death) ???

Any beep sound ???

This fault could be: ram failure,harddrive,graphic card,cpu.

Or sinply mainboard is dead.

It`s always difficult to do fault finding on a mainboard.
Many thing can go wrong.
And it will sometimes cost more
than a new mainboard or pc to solve the problem.
Ask a qualified repair shop (hp support) about known issues
with this mainboard.

Judging from the symptoms you describe I suspect that your graphics card is faulty. Did you buy the card new? If so, I would suggest returning it & asking the store to test it for you.
If it is determined that the card is not faulty, reply to this post & I will try to help you further.

The driver needs to be unziped before you install.

If nothing to be found at the msi site visit the manufacture of the pc site in seach for drivers. (not the mainboard)

I know that hp/compaq, acer and some others has been used this mainboard in there products. This is probably why the drivers is not present at msi.

Download the drivers needed and unzip the files before you install.

If you can`t find anything at msi visit the manufactures site of the pc
