I have taken out every removable part from the bottom of the dishwasher and cleaned the fine filter, etc and checked for obstruction in the part leading to the pump. It is pumping fine and no water is left standing in the tub upon completing the cycle, but the top rack dishes simply are not getting cleaned or rinsed properly. I don't want to call for service if I can help it. Any thoughts or ideas are appreciated! Thanks!

Might as well wash by hand because nothing on the top rack is clean. Greasy residue remains on plastic food storage containers and glasses and mugs have residue and food particles left on them. Even the silverware in the bottom sometimes does not get clean. Any suggestions?
If it has a upper spray arm does it spray water?
If not you may have a clogged upper spray arm.
