i just got lg shine from ebay to with rogers settings and needed to change them to att.i tried everything.i finnally got att to give me all the settings for the lg shine cu720.if you email me at [email protected] ill send them to you.its a lot to type out.it worked great for my phone and i found that no one on here has the right settings
The phone is not provisioned correctly through your serv provider system and thus the phone is not getting connected to either the voice and the sms services. Call your service provider Tech department for correct provisioning. In some cases the phones are pre-provision, meaning if it has a SIM card that has not yet been fully activated you need to call to activate it.
well the code is to be 0000, if that does not work then you will need to take the phone to a mobile service center and have them reset the code for you.
