Wont boot up
Try a cold start, unplug AC from outlet, remove battery, hold down on/off for 10 seconds, plug AC into outlet, start normally. If that fails repeat push the on/off button to on and repeatedly the F key the access you restore/recovery. You didn't supply your make, model, or OS. That's the best solution I can suggest with limited info.
