Hi,
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

My Acer Aspire 4715Z freezes and go back to normal every 2-3 seconds all the time.

Try and reload the Operating System... usually Windows from the CD-ROM. If you do not have a CD-ROM that came with the laptop, you will need to contact Acer to buy a recovery CD for your product. Insert the recovery CD and follow the instructions to reinstall the operating system. Then go to Windows Update to update it. This will take while so leave the computer plugged in and 'ON". This should correct your problem. If you do not have a good anti-virus program, get one. Worms and viruses can destroy a computer's Boot Up directory forcing the PC to struggle to boot up normally. I use Norton 360 myself. While you are at it, get an external hard drive to store your files (back up your data) to secure your data outside the system. You can always get another computer, but you might not be able to retrieve your data from your old PC without some experience and knowledge.

Acer 5310 - freezes after about 15 mins

first of all make sure its not an overheat issue - find a program like mobmeter (its free) that shows current temperature of hdd and cpu. if not then you most likely have a bad ram... the vista-dvd includes a ram test - just boot your pc from it and choose memory test. if you dont have this dvd, find "hirens boot cd" (its also free) that has (among other usefull testing tools) 3 very good RAM checkers...
Last solution is backup your data, format and reinstall vista.

My xbox 360 keeps freezing!!

wrap your 360 in a towel (Completely Covered), turn on the system for about 10 minutes, turn it off, then back on again and and it should work.Although this fix only works fr about three hours it works over and over but the problem you have can also be fixed by replacing the thermal compound on the heat syncs and it should only cost about $5.00 to fix your 360. But my second solution should only be used if the warranty is void
