I had a similar problem. The ice was not full-sized. I pulled the fridge forward and checked the plastic water line and found it was crimped. Fortunately I could correct it by straightening it and squeezing the sides slightly to get it back to original form. Then I wound 2" wide masking tape around the area several times to support it so it wouldn't resume the crimp. I also taped the line to the back of the fridge so it wouldn't get trapped between the fridge and the wall and get crimped again. I carefully pushed the fridge back in place; then I checked the ice bin when I heard the ice maker dump. Problem solved - ice is full-sized and does not get caught in the teeth.

Why doesnt ice come out just clicks

Sounds like it's not going into thaw or defrost mode before the dump cycle. Or you may have ice built up on the teeth and comb section of the scraper that pushes the ice out. When it clicks try and push it with your fingers and force it to move towards the ice.

Adjustable icemaker not making ice

Note that the temperature in the freezer must be below 10 degrees F for the icemaker to cycle. The icemaker line is the smaller line (1/4") located in the back of the machine that runs from the valve to the filll tube. To test the valve and icemaker you have to manually advance the ice maker and wait for it to call for water with the 1/4" line disconnected from the valve. You can do this by getting a jumper wire, removing the cover of icemaker, which you jsut grab and pull off, and using the jumper wire insert one end of the wire into the cirle marked "M" and the other in the cicle marked "N". Leave there until you hear a click and sometimes see a little spark behind the modular head wheel. Also if you see ice in the maker that hasn't dumper and the teeth of the icemaker are facing any direction other than two o clock position, the icemaker is bad. Before doing any of the above though check the fill tube to be sure the no ice is blocking water from coming in.

Ice maker is not making ice through the door water is working

first thing to do is check to see that water is getting to the icemaker simply stick your finger inside the ice maker and check that there is water in there usually icemaker can be removed by three screws 1/4" against the wall if you have water and can feel ice on the inside remove the icemaker and flush with hot water then reattach the ice maker and wait 24 hrs to see if you get ice if it still does not work then your in need of a new icemaker which uyu can get from marcone appliance parts they willship the unit directly to your door and you wont have to pay a technicain installation charge hope this helps

Ice not ejecting led flashing

Open the freezer door look at flashing led. Now on the left side is a flapper push that in with your hand be sure to keep your hand out of the way of the hole . where the led is now should be solid red. If it isnt then you need new optics. If it is then open the flapper in front of the icemaker at the top of the freezer. You should see the icemaker running width wise in the freezer. You may need a step stool for this next step. The icemaker should have what i call teeth pointing upwards at a 45 degree angle towards you. If these teeth are pointing down in the ice then you need a new module. which is behind the white cover of the icemaker on the left.. Hopefully this helps. Usually the gear head is broken on the module but of course you will have to remove it to find out. Happy hunting

My ice maker wont make ice the water is not going in the tray

First, make sure the arm on the ice maker not in the up (off) position.

Second, pull out the refrigerator from the wall and make sure there is no crimp in the line from the wall.

Third, check that ice is not frozen around the plastic teeth. Pull out the whole ice bucket and thoroughly check that something is not blocking or frozen in the wrong place.
This will get you started.

Ice of the stationary fingers on the ice maker is broken. Can I just replace this Comb? or do I need to replace entire ice maker?

On some icemakers you can just get the stripper. It would depend on the brand and model of the unit.
