Please help me, my epson inkjet all in one printing just blank blank blank

Hello!

Please help me, my Epson DX4800-series printer in printing only blank pages ever since I installed a Conitnuous Ink System.

Did the chips of the CIS knock out my printer?

It scanns fine, it does the print head cleaning normally, purge tube is not blocked, it acts as printing but papers come out blank.

I have uninstalled the drivers and downloaded & installed new ones, no help.

What could be the problem and solution?

    common fault of this printer is that a small tube sometimes becomes detached during cartridge replacement.

    another common fault is that the heads become clogged.



    Read this:

    TO GET EPSON TO FIX YOUR CX5400 PRINTER FOR FREE!

    Call 1-562-276-1300 (tech support) and follow obvious prompts.

    The tech will tell you that as a favor he's waiving the $9.95 fee to help you (since the cx5400 has a design flaw, duh)

    Tell tech support that you took printer in to the store you bought front and they said that the drainage tube is blocked and they aren't allowed to fix it.

    Tell tech support that you print at least once a week from the printer and that you also turn it off each night and power it on each morning (this is important otherwise they will lecture you)

    Tell tech support that you've completely replaced all four cartridges twice WITH GENUINE EPSON cartridges to try to fix the problem. If you tell them you used 3rd party ones, they will hang up.

    Tell tech support that you've ran the self-cleaning cycle DOZENS of times and the prints have never impoved.

    DO NOT tell them that the printer went a long time without printing.

    They will then tell you that they are doing you a favor and transfer you to customer relations which is 1-562-276-1311.

    They first offered me $100 credit to the newest printer. I said no. Then they said that they will pay for shipping and send me labels. It will take about three weeks to get the printer, fix it, and then send it back FREE OF CHARGE.

Normal 0 Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

There is no such manual for Epson Dx4800 only there is a rule that when ever get the cartridges refiled or change get your printer serviced with it ..

Normal 0 Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

Epson printers will not accept continuous ink cartridges. That is why you are getting blank pages. I recommend just buying the ink cartridge as you need them.

Blank printing


If you have already done head cleaning and nozzle check 3 consecutive times from the computer and has tried reseating all the ink cartridges and it still acts likes its printing but just prints out a blank page chances are your product already has a hardware issue. If you product is still within the 1-year warranty period from date it was purchased, I suggest that you contact Epson tech support for more options otherwise, you would need to get the product repaired by servicer located in your area.
