You can remove or change the Window's User or administrator's password. You need access to a computer with Internet access to download the Hiren's Boot CD and burn it onto a CD. Then insert this CD into the laptop/computer and boot up the laptop/computer with the Hiren's CD and follow the instructions. There are very useful utilities CD and it a Linux boot CD which contains quite a lot of Utility programs including a password removal program. It sounds like you purchased a unit someone else returned. There is no password to unlock unless set by the user, much like your cell phone. I would return it and exchange it for another one.

If there is a bios password set this will be hard to bypass without manufacture help.. There are some bypass tools on the Internet but rather expensive.

i would download a free copy of linux or maybe get a copy of win xp and format that computer and start fresh, you don't want thier junk bogging down your computer. they may also have malware or key stroke loggers on there.

Wow, that should be easy. Contact the person you bought if from online. Otherwise to get the Bios Password off requires removing the CMOS battery attached to the motherboard. Most times this requires disassembling the netbook.

If this is the SYNET07596, then there is no password protection on this machine. You can always take the machine back and ask for a refund, and/or barter a better price for a used machine. I met the same difficulty for the previous period,and I know the easy
an effive method that you can use Windows Password Reset to solve it by the Internet,while the use method is following.

Tip1:Download Windows Password Reset from and install it on other unlocked computer.
Tip2:Burn Windows Password Reset to CD/DVD or USB.
Tip3:Insert newly created CD/DVD or USB to your computer which you forgot its password and reboot it,and follow the instruction that follows.

I hope it can help you reset windows password soon.
