Question about Sony SDM-HS75/B 17" LCD Monitor
I have had this monitor for about 18 months and has been fine up until last night. I only just noticed, but near the top of the screen there is a thin light-coloured line that sort of gradiates (i.e. doesn't go across the whole screen) and it appears to get brighter near the middle and then fades away at the sides. There also appears to be another line above and parallel to it but much much fainter. Any ideas? Thank you
Your driver transistors are failing on those "Rows" of Pixels.. a common problem .. you could try "Pixel Reviver" software from here http://www.wikihow.com/Fix-a-Stuck-Pixel-on-an-LCD-Monitor see if that helps.. but it possibly is on the way out sorry..
