Its either a

1. slow internet connection 256KBps or less
2. right click on the video choose settings then folder icon and increase the size of memory that Youtube can store on you PC, make it 10MB.

I hope it works :)

    to increase Virtual memory RAM:

    1. right click on my computer

    2. select properties

    3. select Advanced

    4. Performance ---> Settings

    5. on visual effects ----> select Adjust for best performance

    6. then select Advanced Tab go to Virtual Memory ----> click change

    7. select system managed size then apply

good luck. if your PC is P4 and has 1GB RAM or more, you shouldnt have to do that. but anyway it will make your PC faster.

    i hope this helepd :)

Try to restart your wifi router or connection and also install http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player.exe - new macromedia. its mostly because the internet connection is slow. sometimes its the problem of video drivers and flash, buut mostly connectuon is the bad apple.

Combination of not enough memory and spyware can cause that. can't help you with the memory other then having you reduce your startup programs... spyware is best handled by spybot s&d... download it install it and update it.. do a scan and remove any spyware it finds

Hi! YOutube uses flash video files(flv) that require flash player. Sometimes due to older version of flash player the videos don't play good. try downloading latest flash player from the link-

Nine times out of ten, delays in viewing streaming video on the internet is purelly down to lack of speed on your internet connection.
2mb/s is really the lowest you can go to expect to play Youtube videos correctly without "buffering".
Even if you are paying for a faster connection it's worht checking the actual speed. Try a speed test at :

Can you be more specific about the delay.
Does it take a few moments before it starts playing a video ?
You might want to update your flash player GET HERE thats the newest version install that.

Also what webbrowser are you using Internet explorer ? Mozilla Firefox ?

Try not running to many programs at once watch your system resources CPU, MEMORY
( Cntrl + Alt + Del ) then click Performance

Make sure all your drivers are updated, try using mozilla firefox instead of Internet Explorer if that is what your using.

I hope this will help you. Drop me a comment if you still have problems. I will help you.Your vote is highly be appreciated.

You need to see the usage of memory in your pc . If the cpu usage is more then there will be delay in the video . Remove the program consuming more cpu usage . In task manager you can see the cpu usage .

External tv tuner- no video

all signs point toward graphics card or motherboard graphics (depending on laptop). It very well could be a cooling issue. Just clean out the vents and make sure the fan(s) are working that keep the GPU (Graphic Processing Unit) cool and after about an hour attempt to restart the computer. See if that helps.

Webcam video delay

when do you recieve the delay when using a program over the internet or? Cause a webcam will naturally gain a delay when recording or broadcasting over the internet. I do a online webcast radio show, and after 20 minutes you have a 15-20 second delay which gets bigger as time goes on.

VGA card for Qosmio F15

Yeah, laptops don't have a seperate video card like a desktop. But it may not be the vidieo chip.It might just be an inverter problem, which is relatively simple and inexpensive.I can't be sure unless I see it . shops are notorius for trying to sell people new motherboards.Get a second opinion.

Hp video camera is not working

(If I understand your first problem is: you may have some virus and/or spyware) Update and run your anti-virus program.
You need to install update and do all the tweaks on a recognised anti-spyware program.
If you have an anti-spyware program installed make sure it is NOT listed on 'The Spyware Warrior List of ‘Rogue/Suspect Anti-Spyware Products & Web Sites’
http://www.spywarewarrior.com/rogue_anti...
Those are "anti-spyware programs" that install their OWN spyware, while 'supposedly' removing everything else.
Use instead "Ad-Aware 2007", "Spybot - Search & Destroy", "SpywareBlaster" are three good ones. Beware of imitations and name similarities. Install and update then run them weekly after doing the latest updates.
Lastly, to stay OFF of Weird and Strange websites!  ;>)
Install McAfee SiteAdvisor.

After you clean-up your computer.
Go to your "Device Manager" (Right click on ‘My Computer', select 'Properties', click the 'Hardware' tab, click the 'Device Manager' button. Click the "Sound video and game controllers"). If there is some kind of a "Warning" icon superimposed on the 'Vidieo Camera' icon there is your problem!
If no "Warning" icons then try...
One at a time...
Double click on each of the devices that have 'Vidieo' in the listings.
Click the "Properties" tab; look for any "Warning" icons
Uninstall the DRIVERS for THAT DEVICE only. See instructions below.
Click on the faulty device and hit the remove button, follow the instructions given by the program.
Shutdown, restart, the device will automatically reinstall by the "Found New Hardware" program.
