    hi i have a similar problem,my hp laptop ze4200 can no longer start windows,at the boot screen,it imedaitely goes off,at first i taought it was the ram but the ram is ok,i have tried to format it again and at a certain screen a message comes up saying one or two of my hardware or software is not properly insalled and that windows has shot down not to damage my pc and that i should reastart,i did and the same problem comes up,what can i do.

Your computer is virus infected scan your computer with latest updated anti virus and lmalware removel.

also remove temp files.
run "chkdsk /r"in run
then restrt the computer.

If you hold down CTRL, ALT, DELETE then task manager should come up and you can close it from that. Or alternativly you could just switch it off and back on again.

It could be your computer. I suggest using a different browser other than internet explorer. Use either Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. Also, try closing any unnecessary programs that may be running in the background and causing your computer to freeze.

When I am on the internet most times I get an error that an unexpected error has occured & my browser page just closes & dissapears. I have internet exployer 7. Can someone please help me.
Yes its a problem with Internet Explorer (IE). Try to upgrade it to latest version.

OR you can switch to another browser like Firefox, Opera or Chrome. These load pages faster, don't hang and yes they don't close pages by themselves.

Internet explorer keeps closing
Greetings,
A virus have infect you explorer, have it re-install by inserting the system software (windows xp while your computer running don't turn it off), then choose install optional windows components then click the box of internet explorer. Only the explorer will be re-install, the other program still be the same.
