Get your money back. I had similar problems with new NAD purchases a year or so back. NAD has had all sorts of repair issues. I'll never buy anything from them again.

little mini light bulbs are blowing, remove top cover, remove 1 bulb, take it to electronics store and get replacements for them all (I think there are 5) reinstall the new bulbs and the cover. good to go
check the pcb mounted fuses on the power supply board They look like resistors only they have 1 colored stripe. replace the open (resistance above 1 ohm) fuse and enjoy your amp.
This is usually called "protect mode". See the link below for an explanation. If the unit remains in this condition even after disconnecting all speaker wires, it likely will require service. Please update this if you need further information.
There is a line connection on power led that has a negative and positive maybe it inter change. Or there is an inter-change connection between your power led and reset led in *********** board.
