Question about Partner Tech PARTNER THERMAL RECEIPT PRINTER USB BEIGE [rp-300-usb]
First remove ink cartridge then check there is not any paper jam also check in back side of printer for paper jam.
then try if again problems then reset your printer to factory defaults.
