First you need to let it warm up. one minute. it is 2 stroke. most common issue is too much oil in fuel. mix ratio exact. make sure no water in fuel

SOURCE: I have a stihl 044,

I would say it is flooding, you realy need to pressure test the carb to check the seating of the inlet needle, a simple bulb tester is all you need, connect it to the fuel inlet on the carb ( where the fuel hose is connected ), pump approx 2/3 psi into the carb, it should hold this steady with no leak, any leaks then you will have to fit a new inlet needle, let us know how the test goes.

Won't rev up

Check the Spark Arrester on the muffler. Usually an allen key to take off a section of muffler to get to it. It's a small Screen. They clog with soot and the engine cannot breath.

Stilh bg55 spark plug setting

Hi
Stilh recommend 0.020 inch (20 thou), however I have found that 0.025 (25 thou) or 0.6 mm provides a better start and run arrangement.

Stihl FS85 starts fine, But not take full throttle

Pumping the primer bubble while the engine is running should cause the engine to over fuel and stall (if the tuning is correct). Sounds like its not fueling enough, pumping the primer is forcing fuel through the carb causing the engine to pick up rev's, but this is soon exhausted which is why it wont rev on the throttle.
* Check that the fuel line is not damaged and drawing in air. (if this is intact try the next step)
* Strip and clean the carb. Replace any diaphrams if needed.
* Check gaskets seal between carb, air filter and cylinder.

Just out of curiosity what standard carb settings did you use.?

Car starts fine idles fine wont rev up wants to stall if you give it gas

Could be the throttle position sensor, or low fuel pressure.

How do I adjust the carburator on my Stihl BG55 leaf blower

You can adjust the carb by turning the screws counterclockwise, the H high speed screw is the one closest to the Air Filter and the low L is closest to cylinder (Motor) Change your spark plug first, then run it at wide open throttle and slowly turn the "H" screw counterclockwise a little at a time if it blubbers then it is too far out (rich) so take it the other way till you reach peak R.P.M. s -then back it out opposite way till the sound of the R.P.M's just starts to drop and High speed is set. the low speed is adjusted at idle to where there is no hesitation when you pull throttle open, keep trying till you get a good acceleration with out hesitation, and you are good to go!

I have a Stihl BG55 Blower Gas comes out of muffler.

you have a piece of trash/debris under the inlet needle of the carb and or a welch plug has come out, ive seen this many times on zama carbs, if its within warranty bring it back to your service center for a new carburetor.
