Try these ways.:
*#7780# (*#rst0*) - This will soft reset your phone. It is different from *#7370# because all data, like contacts, calendar and notes, are not removed.
It will only reset the phone settings, such as profiles, themes and shortcuts.
The default lock code is 12345.
or try this(But it will fully format your phone)

I can't sending text msg from my phone....when i send i get error :-general memory full..closed some application and try again.. and i also forget my lock code so i can;t restore factory...

its a common problem, the phone memory gets filled up quickly, 1st you have to format the phone memory then this problem can be solved but make sure to change the message storage memory to memory card instead of phone memory, otherwise this problem will occur again.
Switch-off your phone. 1. Press and hold 3 keys; Green dial key, * Star key, no. 3 key on keypad and then press the power on/off to swtich on the phone. Remember, do not let go the 3 press and hold keys until you see a formatting word screen show! 2. After a few minutes when the Full phone formatting completed, your phone will back to original system and factory setting.

I was using black berry then i switched to nokia e50 and i remove the mmc from black berry and when i inserted it to nokia e50 memory card is currupted how to solve this problem

You may need to format the memory card with your Nokia device.

However, all data in the memory card is permanently deleted if you format the memory card.

It is recommended to back up device memory regularly to the memory card. The information can be restored to your device

later.

To back up information from device memory to a memory card, select Menu > Tools > Memory card > Options > Backup

phone mem.

To restore information from the memory card to the device memory, select Menu > Tools > Memory card >

Options > Restore from card.

Do not remove a memory card when the card is being accessed. Removing the card in the middle of an operation may damage

the memory card as well as the device, and data stored on the card may be corrupted.

If you cannot use a memory card in your device, you may have the wrong type of memory card, the card may not be formatted

for your device, or the card has a corrupted file system.

Tip: You can install and remove a memory card without removing the battery or powering off the device.

When somone rings i cant gear them at all

YOU NEED TO FORMAT YOUR MOBILE
You can format your device by typing *#7370# in standby mode. Before the device is reset, you need to provide the lock code. The default lock code is 12345.
IMPORTANT NOTICE!
  • Formatting the device will permanently erase all user data and settings as well as add-on applications and operator specific settings.
  • If you have made a backup of the device data, the data can be restored from the backup after formatting but some add-on applications can have restrictions that they are not restored from the backup.
  • If you use formatting to repair faulty behaviour of the device, restoring the backed-up data files may restore the unwanted behaviour as well. In that case, a partial restore may resolve the situation.
  • The contents of the SIM card and memory card (MMC) or mass memory are not erased during formatting.

I have black iPhone 3G 8GB and i tried to restore but at the end it says when it verify the software the MSG is something like this, The iPhone could not be restored. An unknown error occurred(10). Any...

Press and hold the power and home button.....continue holding after the device powers on and until you see it resetting. at this point release the power button and continue to hold the home key....after the device has finished, you may try the restore again....more than likely the file you are trying to restore it with is corrupted..........if your device is not working now, then it should after the reset sequence.... Good Luck
