Simple go to start buttom go to cntrol panel click on add and remove programs and remove the sis315 driver shut your laptop down and then make sure your are on the internet then donwload the new driver for your redeon if this doesn't work try going into proporties and restoreing it to pre.drivers and it should work

Radeon 9600 (128mb) detected as sis315 vga (16mb)!!!

The SIS315 is an integrated video card which uses shared RAM in order to work. Most mainboards will automatically turn off the integrated card as soon as an AGP or PCI-e card is installed. Yours may not do this, or maybe the card just needs re-seating as it is not picking it up correctly.
First you need to double check to make sure the new card is firmly in the slot (this is a common problem that is often overlooked) re-seat card and push it firmly and evenly into the slot. Next, on start-up, go into BIOS and make sure all on-board video is disabled. Save and then restart as normal, hopefully it will see your new card and then be looking for the drivers.
It is possible that the BIOS has your on-board video set on auto, which would mean if no other card is present then the PC would automatically go back to on-board video. Which means it can't see your new card, which in turn means it is either not installed properly or it is faulty.
Just out of interest, it may seem a stupid question but you have plugged your monitor cable into your new card and not the on-board socket?
As always much more info is needed for more help

A fix problem when playing any games like EA Sports FIFA 2007

Problems with this kind of "PC Freeze" or Hang Up when oppening
games or 3D accelerated applications are you dont know what part
of your PC is failing... many of this problems are very hard to fix...
first of all it might be a power supply problem.. take note that it gives the proper current for your pc to work, therefore a failing PSU
will make your PC freeze... another one is your motherboard, if you have a faulty motherboard it might make your pc freeze... this might be a video card problem too... maybe your video card is overheating or it can also have conflict with your built in VGA
try disabling your Built in VGA... try cleaning your pc with dust and try to run it again... and last is your sound card... it might have conflicts on your onboard sound chip... try disabling it at your BIOS... as ive told you its complicated because you will never be sure what part of your pc is causing the problem...
and also check if your pc is overheating...

top 5 problems are
1. Power Supply is Failing
2. Video Card is overheating
3. Faulty Motherboard
4. Your PC is overheating
5. Hardware conflicts

i wish you good luck and i hope my reply helped... :)

ok.. the first thing is.. u need to either physically look at the chips / or chipset on the card.. then locate the gpu.. when this is complete enter the gpu name into google.com or .ca and add driver to the end of the search query then you should--- or this link should do nicely for windows xp http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html
