kindly guide us in solving the problem. The processor was bought in CHENNAI- TAMAIL NADU-INDIA .We also tried to reset the machine by pressing the reset button provided beneath the processor. But of no use. Kindly tell us the Address of the service Center in Northe carolina USA 27513 as well in Chennai-Tamil Nadu-India.

- I bought the dual processor a couple of years ago. While making a frozen treat the machine stopped working abruptly. It was probably the fifth time I used it. I followed manufacturer instructions to no avail. Can anyone help? I am in USA.- abtracks
