if its a stnding pilot turn the gas control nobe to pilot hold down light pilot when lite hold down for 30 saconds,then relese and it should stay lite.
maintnaince schedule light there a few thing to do like oxygen sensor but for my customer if the car gose good i tell then not to worry and i reset the light to reset hold the black nobe in the dash where speedometer is put key on hold it for more then 10 second it will flash and come off good luck pierre
Read the owners manual. It instructs you to turn the key to the on position and then push and hold the reset button on the face of the instrument cluster until the light goes out (or words to that effect).
