Problem for LG WFT1071TP Top Load Washer

My LG WF T1022TP has water going in, but it come's straight out again ! leaving none in the drum to wash. Machine is second hand and has no manual. It has been plumbed in by a plumber. It does this on any setting I use.

Possible your outlet hose is at floor level; this must have a certain height, the height may be marked behind the machine. The hose should reach this height (approx 30 inches) from the floor level, and then go down into your wall outlet or whatever. The outlet pump pumps this water out over the height. Check this out.
